How Old Was Elizabeth Hurley In Austin Powers

So, there I was, scrolling through Netflix the other day, and I stumbled upon Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery. You know the one, right? The '90s comedy that's as groovy as it is cheesy. And suddenly, I found myself wondering, just how old was Elizabeth Hurley when she starred in this iconic film?

Now, I'm not one to dwell on age - after all, we're all just numbers with wrinkles, right? But when it comes to Elizabeth Hurley, it's hard not to be curious. She's been a timeless beauty, gracefully aging like a fine wine (or perhaps a well-aged cheese, given the Austin Powers theme).

Alright, let's dive into the time machine and set the wayback to 1997. That's when Austin Powers first hit the big screen, and our leading lady, Elizabeth Hurley, was playing the sultry and seductive Vanessa Kensington. So, how old was she?

Well, my curious friend, Elizabeth Jane Hurley was born on June 10, 1965. So, when Austin Powers was released, she was a fresh-faced (well, relatively) 32 years old. Can you believe it? She was practically a spring chicken!

Now, I know what you're thinking. "But wait, she looks so young in the movie!" And you're right. She does. But remember, youth is a state of mind, and Elizabeth has clearly mastered the art of staying young at heart.

And speaking of youth, let's not forget our titular character, Austin Powers. Played by the ever-versatile Mike Myers, Austin was a swinging '60s spy frozen in time. But unlike Elizabeth, Mike was a bit older when the film was released. He was 34, almost a whole decade older than his on-screen love interest. Talk about an age gap!
