How Old Was Ben Affleck In Batman Vs Superman

Hey there, superhero fans! Ever wondered how old our favorite caped crusader, Ben Affleck, was when he first suited up as Batman in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice"? Let's dive in and find out, shall we?

So, how old was he?

Alright, let's get down to business. Ben Affleck was born on August 15, 1972, which makes him a Leo, by the way. Now, "Batman v Superman" was released on March 25, 2016. Let's do some math here. In 2016, Affleck was 43 years old.

But wait, you might be thinking, "That's not as old as I expected!" Well, hold onto your cowls, because we're just getting started.

Older than you thought, right?

Yep, Affleck was indeed older than many of us imagined when we first heard he'd be playing the Dark Knight. But here's the thing, folks: age is just a number, especially in Hollywood. And Affleck brought a certain gravitas to the role that only an older, more experienced actor could.

Think about it like this: Affleck's Batman was like that wise old uncle who's seen it all, done it all, and has the scars to prove it. He wasn't your typical fresh-faced, eager-to-please hero. No, he was a grizzled, battle-worn warrior who'd been fighting crime for decades. And that, my friends, is what made his performance so compelling.

But why does it matter?

Great question! You see, the age of the actor playing Batman has always been a hot topic among fans. After all, the character has been around for over eight decades, and he's been played by actors of all ages. From the young and dashing George Clooney in the '90s to the more mature Christian Bale in the "Dark Knight" trilogy, each actor brought something unique to the role.

Affleck's age was no different. It allowed him to portray a Batman who was weary from years of fighting crime, yet still determined to protect Gotham City. It also added an interesting dynamic to his relationship with the younger heroes in the Justice League, like Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman and Ezra Miller's Flash.
